is pretty much synonymous with the word flair and has gone on to be involved with pretty much every single great flair bartending event on the planet either as organiser, judge or mc. Tug's career started many moons ago in his native South Africa and he has worked in a variety of clubs, bars and on projects around the world in the past 12 years related to the service industry. He spends very little time in one place and is, as the rest of the team constantly on the road doing what he loves best assisting events the world over with the aid of personal flair.

Andy Collinson

or big Andy as he is more commonly known as, is renowned for a variety of trademarks. His size, his massive personality but most important of all his love for flair bartending. Andy is a driving force that has pushed flair to the next level with his involvement in it. He has assisted, organised and judged competitions the world over and is constantly coming up with new idea's to further the sport. Andy is currently based in London where he is the director of a well known entertainment & events company but you will probably see him at a competition near you as he's constantly on either a train, plane or some kind of auto mobile in transit to the next event spreading the gospel of flair.

Fabio Milani
Country: ITALY
City: Voghera

one of the original masterminds behind what was a network that made flair truly international. He is considered a true innovator within the industry and is constantly pushing the boundaries of all aspects whether as organiser, promoter, judge or performer. He is a renowned trainer and expert on the subject of alcohol and coffee helping many a school the world over in the education of proper service with emphasis on style and flair. He is currently running one of Europe’s largest training facilities and can be seen on a regular basis, assisting events in one way or another. Fabio currently operates out of Voghera in Italy but can be found like the rest of WFA management globetrotting on a regular basis to promote all things service related.

Grzegorz Zieba

This is a man with lots of drive, respect and a vision that reaches far beyond his native Poland. His recent appointment as WFA Director of operations in Europe has given him even more drive to further the sport/art of flair bartending. His ability to combine excellent visual production with flair bartending events has raised competitions his involved with to the next level. Grzegorz is based in Warsaw, Poland where he is one of the directors of a very succesfull entertainment company.

Tomoyuki Hojo

In Asia he is called the grandfather of flair but the “catman” as he is more commonly known is pretty far from being a grandfather with lots of passion for flair and wealth of knowledge when it comes to bartending. Having organised competitions all over Asia in the past 12 year's he still works as a bartender in Yokohama, Japan where he trains students in all aspects of bartending. He is responsible for discovering, training and helping many a Asian bartender to become World class competitors and definitely the reason we have so many bartenders travelling from the East competing and making waves in competitions all over the World today. Without the “catman” flair would be a couple of year's behind and having him on your team one can't help but to feel positive about the future of flair.

Roberto Gonzalez

Originally from Spain, Roberto worked in London, UK for many year's and was an essential part in the set up of many a flair bar. Roberto travelled and competed all over the World and more recently joined our judging team to share his experience gained through hard work and dedication to the bartending industry. He is currently based in Bergen, Norway where he operates a training school for aspiring bartenders but he also spends a lot of time on the road, air and sea consulting on all things industry related throughout the Nordic countries. Roberto's positive attitude and love of flair makes him great asset to the WFA Director's team.
